Sky sports channels not showing

We ordered Black Friday deal where you got broadband and tv with sky sports channels etc. so far we can’t access the sky sports channels and they aren’t showing on our subscriptions even though they are on the order confirmation etc. ?? Anyone know what to do. Tried to phone today but person was useless and no managers apparently

Sounds like you spoke to an offshore person, I would have said try in the morning and select the leaving option to get through to retentions, you used to have a good chance of speaking to a UK based person but I think even these calls go offshore now.

You could try the retentions route on the chance you might speak to someone with a better understanding or wait for one of the forum team to respond which might be 2 to 3 days.

If you have have screenshots of your order confirmation that might help going forward.

Hi @Reeced2906 thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

Can you confirm if this is Standard Definition Sky Sports that isn't working, or is it High Definition? To be clear, usually the Sky Sports package listed is SD unless stated as a HD add-on.

Can you try the SD channels (usually from 511 on the listing) to see if these work for you?
