Hi, can you please help with a replacement tivo box?
Tried all the help but the box still loses all settings and login details.

Hi, just upgraded from the V6 box and I'm also having the same issue. Netflix, Disney & Prime are not retaining any login details.
Do I just need to arrange for a replacement box?

Hi Jamie,
You now have a 360 box which runs Horizon software and not a tivo box.
I've merged your previous posts regarding Netflix, Disney & Prime not retaining any login details.
Did you reply to the PM that Nathan sent you on 8th August, and did you receive an engineer appointment?
