Hi.
I would like to report pixelation on my 360 box - I’ve primarily noticed it when watching E4 and one or two other channels.
If an engineer is required, unfortunately, I’m only available on Fridays.

Thank you @deans6571 I've been able to take a look now and run some checks, can I just ask some diagnostic questions. Can you confirm, is the set top box connected directly to the TV and have you been able to check all the cables are secure?
