Everything looks in standard definition. Even the TV360 user interface looks standard definition. wth is going on?

Thank you for your post. Sorry to hear that your picture quality isn't looking to good at the moment.
Has this issue suddenly occurred, or have you recently changed anything in your set up e.g got a new TV box or TV?
I'd first recommend to go to the settings on your TV box and check your resolution:
Ensure that the recommend is selected. If it already is, try putting it in different settings and see if that makes a difference.
If you've done this and you're still having trouble, does a reboot of the TV box help?
