Hi,
We've recently upgraded to 360. I have successful linked my remote to the tv and have sound if watching live tv. However there is no sound if using apps such as Netflix, prime etc . There is also no sound on any recordings. Please help.

Have you tried altering the audio output settings? Follow content is the best option but the others are worth a shot if you have issues

I suggest also trying a different HDMI cable/port
