I have a Tivo box but pay for TV360. Have just got a free deal for Disney+, went to sign in but the app isn’t there?

Dont have a smart Tv, so can’t use that.

You need to get your 360 for Disney+, so call this in.

Hi Oldbird,

Just to clarify something, you say you have a TiVo box but are paying for 360, if it's an old TiVo box it will need replacing, if it's a V6 TiVo box have you received the new remotes and has the box had a software update to 360 software.

What do you think you mean by "have TiVo but pay for TV360"?

To explain: TiVo & TV360 are two completely different TV box platforms, in a similar way to Android being completely different to Apple. TiVo-software drives the legacy TiVo & current V6 boxes, Horizon software drives the TV360. The TV box software is completely independent of what contract package you have.

The Disney+ app is not available on either the TiVo or V6, but only on TV360. The two platforms are very different in many ways, but do be aware of what you're asking for.

Hoi Oldbird

If you don't have a TV360 or a VM STream box but have a free deal for Disney + and don't want to switch to either of VM's suitable boxes then you have other options to access the Disney+ app.

The app is available on most modern smart TV's, also on streaming sticks such as a firestick or roku stick.  You can also access Disney+ via apps on android and ios devices. You can also access Disnny+ by going to the

https://www.disneyplus.com/en-gb/home

If you have one then you could attach your laptop/PC to a TV via HDMI cable and watch it via yuor TV rather than by a web browser.

Hi Oldbird,

Thanks for posting and welcome to our community 🙂

Sorry to hear there's some confusion with which box you have, so I can take a closer look at this for you I've popped you over a private message.
