Netflix/Prime/Apple apps not working

After the box deleting all recordings and future recordings last night( Sunday) it now won’t play any apps. Prime will let you choose a programme and then whirs before going back to the selection panel.  Apple makes you sign in each time but seems to be ok once you’ve logged in. Netflix says “App not available” with error code cs2400.

Have tried the turn off, unplug, wait and turn back on. Any other ideas?

Ask them to upgrade you to a V6 tivo box. None of these issues on there.

Sorry to hear about the issues you've had with Netflix and Prime on your box. The error code CS2400 can be checked here

Hi Gareth_L, thanks for your reply.  So far the box has deleted all the recordings/planned recordings three times and then we have to log into the apps each time.  

any other thoughts or do you think the box has had its day?
