Moved from Maxit to Mega TV

Gary_Reeves
Tuning in

Am I supposed to be getting Netflix as part of the Mega TV package? What additional channels am I getting by upgrading? I felt sort of pressured into this and I just want to make sure I'm actually getting something before my 14 day cooling off period elapses.

Thanks,

Gary

Mixit (current base tier), Maxit (legacy top-tier) & Mega (current top-tier) are the TV tiers, and don't themselves have any impact on add-ons such as Netflix, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema etc.

The previous reply has linked to the channel guide, but every TV "bundle" deal will include a combination of 1) Either Mixit or Mega, 2) Premium add-ons such as Sky Premiums, Viaplay/Premier Sports, Netflix etc.

You can check the Channels for Maxit and Mega on the Channel guide here Netflix is really related to which bundle you have or are getting from a quick look on VM it's only included in the 2 bundles Mega Volt bundle and Biggest Combo bundle.

Ok so even if I have the Mega TV bundle it wont come with Netflix as standard and if it isn't listed then its unlikely. Thanks for the clarification. The salesperson did mention Netflix when listing stuff off so I guess either they mis-sold or I misheard.

If you sign into your My Virgin Media account and look at your contract it will say what your package (bundle) is and if you have netflix it will be showing with a in the itemized section, if you have either of the 2 bundles I mentioned in my previous post it should be there if you don't have either of those you can always take out a separate subscription.
