No problems here with the guide, have you checked your network connection, the TVGuide gets updated that way and also recordings are linked to Virgin's server's.

Sorry to hear about these issues with ITV2 on your TV service. Is the issue exclusive to ITV? Or are there any other channels also having schedule visibility or recording issues?
