Hi, I have a TV 360 box connected to a new LG G4 tv via hdmi cable, also an LG USC9S soundbar connected to tv via eARC hdmi. The sound on BBC1 hd drops out for a second every few minutes, which is quite annoying. I have tried different hdmi cables but no different.
When I watch BBC1 through BBC iplayer this problem is resolved. Can you please advise. Thanks

Hey bugsyt, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.
Please can you try this without the sound bar and just the standard HDMI cable and let us know if this still happens?

Thanks for the reply, tried tv speaker only, seems ok. This problem is totally intermittent as yesterday no problem through soundbar. Judging by other forum members responses this is a VM problem, everyone can’t be having a problem with soundbars, hdmi cables etc…..I don’t think a brand new LG soundbar designed for use with my LG TV can be the problem as it doesn’t happen on other channels, Netflix or Prime Video.

Thanks for your post and welcome back to our community.
Sorry to hear about the issues with the soundbar issues, I can imagine this to be very annoying especially as it intermittent and you don't know when it's going to happen next.
As your connected by HDMI can you please take a look at a CEC less adapter. It's a 3rd party device that plugs into the TVs HDMI port, then the HDMI cable goes into the back of that.
We've had a few post similiar to yours and this has resolved the issue.

Gave your suggestion a try, no luck, didn’t have a picture by connecting the 360 to USC9S hdmi in. Thanks anyway.

Hi, I have unplugged the TV, soundbar, TV 360, from mains, disconnected all cables. I then waited 5 minutes and reconnected everything and rebooted TV360. Don’t have sound problem now. Is this a coincidence or have VM sorted the problem?
