Our old TIVO V6 box is getting old ,needs rebooting a lot, I've read the guide on getting a new 360 box,but how to order the upgrade online still isn't clear
Q1 Where on VM site do I order one from and
Q2 Is the 360 box free?

If you have a TiVO V6, the policy is to migrate the box via a firmware upgrade. All you will get sent is a new remote.
Have a serious think before you do so however. Horizon V360 is NOT an upgrade of the TiVO platform. It is a completely different operating system that has been in use for many years by VMs new parent company in their cable operations, & a number of well liked TiVO patented features are missing.
Also, migration is a one way ticket & is currently voluntary. If you don’t like the result there is no going back. Faulty TiVO V6s can still be replaced like for like if you don’t want to migrate to Horizon.

You'll keep the same box. It's just a downgrade of existing software which saves VM money, and there's no way back (i.e don't do it !)

If your V6 is rebooting, it has a fault and should be replaced with another V6.
As per previous posts, be very aware of what you're signing up for with TV360. It is substantially different - better for some, but not necessarily everyone.
