Denied upgrade to Tv360

Received email regarding the SkySports+ problem with the V6 and it converting to Tv360. I wasn't able to do it on my own TV. Several efforts made to VM on WhatsApp failed. Eventually dealt with 8th August with promise to dispatch TV360 Box. Nothing happening so spoke to VM via phone on 150, and was told that my package with VM which was only recently taken out did not allow the upgrade as informed in my email. It said it needed to be changed to a current package. Strangely VM said after much conversation and little encouragement they would ring me in a month with more info. Is this information correct or am I being fobbed off yet again. Unhappily, David Hoddle.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear you've had issues trying to upgrade to the 360 service. As you already have a V6 box, we would not send a replacement box. Instead we would send you a 360 remote control and release an update to your box which allows you to update it to the 360 service. 

This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
