Our internet/WiFi isn't working and when I try to watch TV, it keeps popping the issue of cs9995
Is there any way to stop this message and watch TV?

This means the TV box is stuggling to connect to the WIFI, how long has this been happening?
Does the box work fine with a cable connection?
I can see you spoke to the team also, did they help?
