I am posting this on behalf of my in-laws. My father-in-law is 92 and struggles at time with the voice input on the remote, and ends up ordering films etc that he never watches. He needs the PIN to watch other things but is there any way we can block the purchase of additional services in there entirety.

We're sorry to hear your father-in-law is having issues with the voice control part of the remote. Even when using voice control, you still need to enter a PIN in order to purchase the PPV content.
We don't currently offer a way of blocking this on the account I'm afraid. It may be worth changing the PIN so the content cannot be ordered as a work around.
