Reaching out to the VM team
Issues with TV intermittent stuttering/freezing, recordings not fully recording.
Upgraded V6 box to 360 to find audio going in and out of sync and high pitch squeal especially with Netflix.
Tried various audio settings in both V6 box and television. Re-booted V6 box and re-connected all cables with no effect. Can only believe it’s a fault with V6 box. Probable cause flaky HDD.
Please arrange a replacement.
