On unlocking an adult channel with a PIN, it's says I've ordered something?? No indication was given to the fact I would be about to make a purchase, nor was any cost indicated.
Has something been purchased? I can't find anything anywhere? This shouldn't happen if I have been charged without clear indication of the price and what you are paying for.
How do I find out if there is a charge, and if there is a charge, who do I complain to?
