The 360 is clunky to use, long winded and if I video two episodes of a show, one will disappear. Why have you changed from the vbox. It was speedy. I'm afraid it's Sky for me unless you can revert to the vbox remote or improve the 360's performance.
Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear that you're not happy with the 360 remote control and software. Unfortunately you would not be able to revert back to the V6 box once you have converted to the 360 box and software. We will be sure to pass on your feedback on how we can improve the 360 service at the moment.
