Signed up to a new contract 2 weeks ago and was told we'd be sent a new remote, but so far nothing. Should it take this long?

What's the start date of your new contract for 360, that might be a reason you haven't received the remote yet if your new contract hasn't started yet.

Hod did you sign up for the new contract? If it was over the phone then it's usually actioned straightaway unless new equipment is included, in which case the new equipment (in your case a 360 remote) would be sent out via the post or yodel.
If you used any other method to update your contract then it can take up to 2 weeks to be actioned as the account changes and ordering of new equipment are processed manually by a back office team..
