I how/ who do I contact to pay me credit agreement to.

I am being passed between virgin and 02,  with no resolution.

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Sorry for any confusion.

If it's not being paid by Direct Debit then you'd need to call us on 0345 602 4420 between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
