Hi can someone help, I've got an 02 phone contract and a Virgin mobile contract. Now when I try to login into my02 I can see the number for the 02 phone but literally nothing else. No way of upgrading or nothing(I've had this a couple of years) and my daughters virgin phone might as well not exist. No way off seeing anything about it other than both phones getting monthly payments taken off me

We're sorry to hear of the lack of information available to you in relation to the mobile accounts -including tariffs and upgrade options.
It sounds like the lion share of this matter sits with O2 and the information available on the portal that they provide.
Do please reach out to them to discuss these matters via the contact options available.
Here on the Virgin Media side, if you have the security key for the handsets, which would have been issued at the point of sale, this will allow you to see the loan agreement you have in place to pay the handsets off at the rate agreed price and time frame.
