w02 error while trying to watch furry fight

paid for the furry fight and getting a error code w02, how do you get a refund?

how do you go about claiming a refund for a ppv? I paid for the boxing tonight and all I got was a black screen and error code w02! been through all the steps and have booked an engineer, the nights ruined so I'm obviously not going to pay 25 pounds for a black screen

yes I now booked an engineer but obviously won't help me watch the fight this evening, this problem only happens on this ppv all my other channels and broadband are fine. Will be expecting a full refund
