Be very grateful for info as how to do this. Stonewalled in my attempts to swap out two old TiVo's for v6s - (already have a V6). Best deal was a £40 increase in monthly bill and new contract or 360, neither of which I want. Tried retentions also - no dice. So, any ideas much appreciated.
Faulty TiVo's are replaced, as a matter of course, with V6.
Re-contract deals are only conditional on a TV360 conversion when they include a TV360-exclusive element - inclusive Disney or Paramount being the obvious ones. In any other case, any deal you're offered is equally available on TiVo/V6.

If you've got a subscription to Paramount+ already, I believe that you can access Paramount+ via the Amazon app on a V6. I know on a Windows PC, the Amazon app on windows can access Paramount+.
Report them as faulty due to slowness. The old Tivo boxes are incredibly slow and not fit for purpose any longer. This is how I got my old Tivo replaced with a V6. Make sure they don't give you 360 boxes.

If you are out of contract and our systems may request that a minimum term contract is issued with the upgrading of the set top boxes being issued without a charge specific to the upgrade.
If this is not a viable option for you, we wouldn't be able to issue you with the upgrade
