TiVo box keeps restarting

Hi.

My TiVo box keeps rebooting and then it loads up to the Home Screen, then when I click on on anything it instantly restarts and all of the lights flash. 

I’ve tried turning the TiVo box off at the wall but it hasn’t solved anything. Please can someone help?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your set top box at this time. 

We can see om the systems on our side that you've since been in touch. Is this now resolved for you?

If not, can you advise if you see any error messages or codes at all on the set top box when this occurs or when it reboots back up?
