PIN suddenly not working

Help please! I have been using the same PIN for decades and now I have a message saying it’s incorrect! It definitely isn’t ! This is a new one. I have a TIVO box and my remote is working fine. Rebooted but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

The default TV PIN is 1234, you can reset it via Home > Help & Settings > Parental Controls
