I was sent a new remote by virgin media a few days ago after my old one stopped working. This new remote is faulty. The buttons do not work properly. When you try to press any of the buttons it just types in 0.

Thanks for your post. We're sorry to hear you're having issues with your new remote.
Have you tried using different batteries in the remote? I know this might only seem necessary if your remote isn't working at all, however low or faulty batteries can cause different functionality issues with the remote itself.
Once you've done that and you're still having issues, let us know and we can arrange for another remote to be sent out.
