Apps and catch up

Hi my free tv apps or catch up is not loading. I’ve switched box off and rebooted modem but still not working. I can access my recordings without any problem.

Can you confirm which TV box you have, before further advising? You've posted in the TiVo forum, but this box doesn't use your home broadband and has its own inbuilt modem.
