Over Wi-Fi don't expect to see any difference.
At best 10 minute file transfer at 350Mb/s (i.e. 26.25 Gigabytes) could reduce to 7 minutes at 500Mb/s.
But this assumes the server permits a 500Mb/s download and the cable connected computer can cope with that.
Don't fall for the VM sales patter that higher internet speed = better Wi-Fi coverage. This is totally false.
