Unable to watch my  football team on Sky sports + as Virgin Media are not showing all the sky matches but will want me to pay for this service that they should provide. Same happened with Rugby League last week. It was on Sky sports + but not  accessible through the  red button. This is almost fraud !!! & will switch to Sky if they are unable to provide this service, Can't message to complain as conveniently close at 8 & using phone is a nightmare.

Saying which teams that weren't available that should  have been would help, and maybe assist in any 'fraud' investigation.

Which VM TV set top box do you have?  You need either the TV360 or Stream box to watch the additional red button feeds.  See /virgin-tv-edit/tips-and-tricks/using-the-sky-sports-red-button-on-virgin-tv 

All EFL Cup games were available to watch via Sky Sports Plus and the red button streams on my 360 tonight.

Sky's own customers are complaining on their community forums about their inferior Rugby League coverage now available (or not as the case may be) on the actual sports channels and red button feeds. Their customers are also complaining that they either need to upgrade from their Sky + and Sky + HD set top boxes to be able to view the additional red button streams

Complaints dept phoning me tomorrow & from your reply seems that new box will be needed. Why  can't  they advise all Sky sports customers that this is the  likely outcome  if they want  the full red button service on Sky sports +. Got 2 boxes but only need one upgrade if that's possible. Thanks very much for your advice & keeping  my fingers crossed that all will be resolved.
