Split cable for two routers

Is there a way to split the boardband cable so that there can be two routers? I would like to setup an extra router in my garden.

Yes, however you'd have to pay for two subscriptions, and they would be two completely different networks.

What you probably want to do is have an outdoor rated ethernet cable run from your existing HUB to the garden and use an access point like:
