@用心棒 Newer versions refers to newer versions of Outlook (classic)  I did click the New Outlook section and that information is outdated, I also note that it mostly teaches you how to find the From: address from the message details which you can then use to block the sender.

Although on Windows it does now show as Show message details.  The source has still been altered big time.

Mail sent direct to the exchange account does show more of the original message headers - but there are still changes, and not just the obvious one of amending any links to go through Microsoft's safelinks proxy.
