Printer not recognised

Hi, I’ve got a brother Hl1212w printer. My virgin was installed this week engineer upgraded to 5g is there a reason why it isn’t recognising my printer and what can I do

Proceed as you did when the Brother printer was brand and connected to the previous ISP's Router.

Follow the Brother manuals to the letter and connect the printer to the Virgin Media Hub Wi-Fi

Follow the process on your laptop etc ( if needed ) and re-install the printer drivers.

What does this mean?
