Fibre you tube sound stutter

My virgin fibre sound stutters on both TV and when watching you tube post office enquiry which is adv free.

  For 3 weeks, elsewhere., I have used 3 network mobile TV with no sound problem to watch TV. 

So why is virgin fibre a problem?

I have also been watching Horizon over VM RFoG on YouTube / FireStick and it has been working fine for many weeks.

Check the Upstream / Downstream tabs of the VM Hub for signs of issues.
