virgin tv go app doesn’t work on ipad

I keep receiving an oops sorry something went wrong message on my iPad when trying to load virgin tv go. It works on other apple devices I have but not this one.

Are you getting the same error message when trying to access TV Go on your iPad through the app and a browser?
