Virgin TVGO guide is incorrect

Trying to watch 5 USA but when I use live tv guide it is  Challenge tv

Is 5USA showing correctly through your TV box itself?

I've checked on my personal TV Go app and it looks like the guide does match with what's on my home TV box. 

Has the problem remained present over the weekend?
