As I have indicated above, this is not a browser issue. I have tried this on 4 computers now (win 10 & win 11 builds), one of those being my work laptop. I get the same issue I have described above. I have just uninstalled Chrome, uninstalled Firefox. Yes I deleted all browsing data. I have just reinstalled them both and get the same issue. I am now on holiday (yes in the UK) and cannot watch anything other than on my phone - and I pay for this service!. My wife has also logged on to 2 laptops using her account, and guess what, the same happens. Please stop trying to tell me that it is a browser issue. It is simply not possible with everything I have done!
