Unable to login to virgin media TVGO

Hi, I am unable to login into the virgin tv go app on my iPad yet am I am able to login in via website and my iPhone 

anyone had this issue and resolved it?

    What's happening exactly when you try signing in to the TV Go app on your iPad? Are your details not being accepted?

      Hi all am getting is an error message after I put my email in see attached screen shot

        What happens when you close the pop up? Does this then close the app?

        Also, do you have the same issue when connected to your home WiFi?
