Hi, I am unable to login into the virgin tv go app on my iPad yet am I am able to login in via website and my iPhone
anyone had this issue and resolved it?

What happens when you close the pop up? Does this then close the app?
Also, do you have the same issue when connected to your home WiFi?

The app closes and it doesn’t matter if I am on WiFi or my mobile data
