Sky sports app saying subscription needed?
I am trying to watch sky sports 1 on the sky sports app which virgin says to go to but it saying that I need a subscription which I have with virgin ?

May I ask what device you are using to view the Sky Sports app?
Are you able to uninstall the app and then re-install it? 🧾
