Pin locked Permanently

Pin Locked on TVGO it won't let me watch anything over PG. I have changed the pin in settings no problem but this is permanently showing and won't let me enter anything at all it is totally unresponsive has been like this for days. Be that through App on both mobile or PC and through browsers.
