Can you post a screenshot of this error?

And does this occur on all content, or just specific programmes/channels?

I got this today for the first time too. TV GO on Firefox. Thought it might be some new anti ad blocker rubbish but turned them off and still received popup when opening the TVGO website at any page.

Hi there @shtu123

Thank you so much for your post and welcome back to the forums, it's great to have you here.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your service and thank you to japitts for their advise do far. I'm also so sorry to hear that @Oleh is also facing this issue.

Can I ask if either of you have been able to try via another browser at all?

I suspect this could be related to HDCP standards, and where the terminal device isn't of the required spec, a lower picture resolution is the result.

Details of the browser versions would be the next check.

Does it on multiple browsers, screenshot is same as @oleh posted. Occurs when logging in, was getting an error (1002) when trying to play content but that seems to have gone.

Hey, shtu123.
Thanks for the reply and for sharing more on this issue, I'm sorry to see it's present on all browsers you've tried so far as soon as you log in to TV Go webpage.

This error you're advising regarding playing content may have been due to a connection issue, glad to see it's cleared out - do you use the most updated version of each browser, just to rule this out?

Also, do you have the right resolution settings applied on the device to support the programmes broadcasting?
Lastly, could you tell us if a device reboot helps with this issue at all?

Share more here and we're eager to assist further, cheers.

Hi shtu123

I had the same message showing on my PC using TVGo.  It stopped appearing after I ticked the "Don't show this again" radio box
