we can’t download anything in the app - IPhone or iPad version.
Tickets have been raised 5 months ago and no updates or action by Virgin.
Complaints raised and I was promised a call back yesterday which didn’t happen!

I asked 2 weeks ago and was told still being g worked on and no update. I have to say I am not convinced anyone is looking into this.

I can see that the IT ticket has now been closed after our team have been looking into this. I'm going to look into this a bit further for you and get some more updates. I'll pop back as soon as I can when I have some more answers for you.
I am truly sorry for how long this issue has been ongoing for.
