Parental controls stopped working

my parental controls have randomly stopped working on both PC and mobile devices. 

Nothing has changed with those devices and can see the controls, have tried resetting the router and controls.

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Parental Controls. If you have reset the router then this would have put everything back to default so would have deleted any settings you specifically requested. 

When accessing My VM, are you able to reconfigure the settings again? If not, what error are you facing when trying to do this?
