As has been posted lots of times before it seems, I too can't turn on websafe, I get the 'Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again' message. How has this been an issue for so long!? One of the reasons I switched to Virgin was because of the Child Safe options - I feel like I've been had by false advertising!

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
