The Virgin Stream box is buffering and a complete reset itself at least once a day when watching Disney+ or TNT is this a software issue?.
Getting a bit annoying now.

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue with your service, can I ask if this is only happening when you use Disney+ or TNT? How is the box connected to the internet?
