Subscribed to Sky Sports but channels greyed out
I was previously subscribed to Sky Sports. I cancelled last month when the fee was increased at the end of my deal. Last Sunday I subscribed again and successfully watched 2 football matches on the TV. Then on Tuesday I noticed the channels were greyed out and the Subscription on the TV was now pending rather than ticked. The next day it became ticked but the channels still greyed out. The message support using bots is useless. I reluctantly phoned and got nowhere. Someone will apparently contact in 5 days. No use if I want to watch Sport now! I suspect I won't even get a call. I tried today to remove the subscription and then re-add on the TV. Doesn't work either. I'm now at the stage I want to just cancel and use NowTV. After all it's cheaper. I guess I'll then have to navigate the bots, premium phone line wait forever at my cost and go through more hell... Has anyone experienced similar and if so did you manage to get it resolved?
