Almost every morning I need to de-power my streaming box in order to receive a signal. When I called the helpdesk, the agent informed me that this is normal practice for this box, when it sleeps! Surely not. Must be the only bit of IT kit that needs this manual intervention to get it to work as it should. Anyone have a similar issue and have a work-round?

Mine is set to quick start. Never had any issues.

Buried in the system settings there are various ways to 'sleep' the puck, some of which take more time than others to wake from. Have you tried changing any of those and seeing if there's a difference?
