Tv - no TV, Code cs1011

I've had no tv for 6 days. Code cs1011 on screen. Rebooted many times.  Advised that there was a cable fault,  emails to say it'll be repaired today its not. Don't know where to turn now.   I couldn't get into my account originally but can now. Unfortunately the box can't retrieve.  I'm 78 and do my best but almost decided to cancelled dd. And damn the consequences.  Anyone able to help please.  Thanks.

Hi @Lillibet 

You've posted in the Stream forum so do you have a Stream box which provides the TV over the internet, or a TV360 box which carries the TV over a cable connection?

Code CS1011 is an account error as indicated on the /StreamErrorCodes.pdf  page

"We’re unable to retrieve your account details. Please contact us"

Have you made any changes to your account recently such as agreeing a new package?

Thank you no.  Just turned on the TV  grey screen with a 0 and strike through. And a request to sign in to bbc1. Very odd as nit normal.  We have cable.

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue, I can see from our system that you have spoken to the team since making this post, were they able to help you further with regards to this?

Hello. I've managed to speak to an engineer, I think, on Saturday. They said they will arrange for a tech guy to visit. 

Job no 478 18875.  Not had an email or message yet to say when. We've now been 10 days without our TV. 

So it goes on.   Thanks for interest.
