Error code CS1011

Hi

I have just switched from TIVo to Tv360 box and followed all the instructions but I got the error code CS1011 after trying to connect the box to my VM WiFi. Tried re-booting but still get the same error. Tried reading some articles in this forum and it seems like this is a frequent issue and someone in VM needs to activate the box/service. Tried calling but can never reach a human being! If VM tech are monitoring this forum please can you intervene and assist me as it is very frustrating spending so much time trying to set up something that clearly does not want to work!

    Hi Mart64 

    Did you try following the instructions in the online help for that error code? /tv-error-codes/cs1011/start 

    It's an account retrieval error which can sometimes fix itself if the system either hasn't been ready to process the switch from tivo to 360 yet, or because the new 360 box hasn't been activated yet

    Sometimes the box can be activated by speaking to the agents on 0800 953 9500. You will need the serial number of the 360 box along with your account and area number

    If that's unsuccessful it will need to be passed to 2nd/3rd level support to update the systems manually which may take 48/72 hours, and if that fails it will require a tech visit  for a box swap
