Hi Bid1,

I have exactly the same issue, I’ve just started subscribing to Sky Sports UHD and I’m getting the same CS2012 message. I’ve tried a different HDMI lead, altered my stream HDMI resolution settings, been in touch with customer services ( not a good idea ) . Super picture when it’s working then the error message pops up. Sorry I can’t be any help, I’m in the same situation I’m afraid.

Thanks for your post.

Sorry to see you are getting the error code CS2012 on your stream box.

Can we just ask how you are connected from the hub?

Wired or over a WIFI connection?

With the error code CS2012 showing. It would require us to replace the stream box for you.

So I can get this arranged.  I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.

I’ve had my box replaced like yourself. Just installed it yesterday and watching arsenal game. Looks good so far(fingers crossed/touch wood) it’s seems ok. Will post on this post if there is any problem.
