Pixelated Live TV Channels Tonight (16/01)

Hi,

Would anyone be encountering pixelated live tv channels on Stream from around 10pm on 16/01?

Was enjoying the snooker then picture turned into a pixelated mess. 

On demand and boxsets/movies working fine, just seems to be affecting Live TV.

I’m located just outside Edinburgh and also having issues with live TV on stream… hopefully fixed quickly!

Same here in Ayrshire on Stream and Virgin Go

Annoyingly as it is stream doing a test is not possible as apparently I have no tv service

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

Apologies for any picture issues. 

I've ran a check and it's showing the box is turned off - I hope the issue has been fixed for you since the post but if not, are you able to try another HDMI cable/port? Just to rule out that being the issue.

I've also seen your router has been online for nearly 200 days. Could you please unplug it when you get chance, leave it a few moments and then plug it back in?

Mine was resolved the next morning (17/01). Must've been a temporary issue on Virgins end.
