Olympics UHD channel

I have a Virgin Stream Box which is currently disconnected from my system as everything it offers is available either from my TV or Sky Q box. For various reasons it will actually be quite hard to reconnect to my set up, so before I go to the trouble of checking, can anyone confirm whether or not there is any way I can use the box to access the Virgin UHD Olympic channel? I suspect not, which is why I'm reluctant to pull my system apart to check.

If you haven't connected to the Stream box for around 30 days then it may have been deactivated.

Do you subscribe to the Essential Entertainment add on through VM on your Stream box? If not then you won't be able to access any Eurosport channels.

Since the Stream box receives it's channels over the internet and doesn't need to connecting via VM coaxial cable you could test it on any TV within your house to see if it is still activated.

Ha... turns out I hadn't disconnected the Stream box. Selected what I thought was the spare input on my receiver and discovered that Virgin was all present and correct. Will have to investigate my UHD potential further.

Thanks for the pointers. Taken out a month's subscription to Essentials and I do indeed have access to the Eurosport4K channel 🙂  Wish I'd remembered the Stream box last week though.
